Senior Test Lead for Major Telecom Company - UK

A Senior Test Lead for a Major Telecom Company is required urgently, to
head a team of 10 testers, with responsibilities across 5 countries
(Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic & UK). This position is
focused on the internet and mobile markets and looking for someone with
both an interest and background in them. You will look after both
integration and application testing for mobile handsets, as well as aspects
of billing.
Although this is a hands on testing position, there is also a major focus
on people management. You will run a team of 10 testers and will be
responsible for their career management and their day to day leadership, as
well as this you will be expected to be able prioritise multiple demands
under pressure, resource management, as well as being a good communicator
and manager.
You will ideally have knowledge of the internet and mobile internet markets
and be ISEB certified.
This is a PERMANENT position and looking to pay a basic salary between
£40-50k + benefits + bonus.
